The Tab key doesn't work in an Article in a Manual in Connect

The Tab key doesn't work in an Article in a Manual in Connect

I am trying to create a knowledge base in Connect and I like to use bullet points. I am unable to use the Tab key to indent the bullet points
  1. But, I am able
    1. To do it here 
      1. With the Tab key
In the Article, i Increase Indent button, which is a horrible user experience in September 2020. I am I doing something wrong or missing something?
