We use Amazon connect. I usually wait for the call to come in because it's in the way if I'm wearing a headset, but I can't set the ringer to come from the speaker and the call to come from the headset!
This is a serious problem. I wonder why salesforce can do it but zoho crm can't.
I contacted the customer in Japan and they are not able to help me.
