The timer in zoho projects kanban view is not working

We upgraded our zoho projects to get the canban ability and also added bug tracker, but the timer stopped working properly. This happens in the kanban view. All the time. When the tab is not active the timer stops. This does not happen in classic view, but we need a better user interface then that.
