The user account be frozen

Dear support team

My domain setup - www.poly-asia.com.hk

We need your help, due to we try to setup a domain email last night, but the CNAME record wrong setup, so the zoho system was held / frozen the 2 user accounts - kevin@poly-asia.com.hk / kwan@poly-asia.com.hk

Until this morning, we are successful re-setup a CNAME in DNS setting, and we are only using the user name kevin1@poly-asia.com.hk. Unfortunately we are unable to re-create the 2 user name with  kevin@poly-asia.com.hk and  kwan@poly-asia.com.hk

Because we checked the message from zoho system said that, the above user name have been used. it can not be opened.

Can you help us to re-open or release the above 2 user name for us.
