I had created a personal email account (andersonsaraiva@zoho.eu) but I cancelled it because I wanted to switch it to andersonsaraiva@zoho.com, but I continue receiving the message "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region" when I try to create this new email account, even though I have cancelled the zoho.eu, that now is "inactive". Currently I have neither.
So, I'd like to get the andersonsaraiva@zoho.com as my personal email account.
Could you help me to sort it out, please.
