We have been using Zoho for some time. I used to recommend Zoho to others.
We have ten (10) users, and we started to add 30 more users one by one.
While adding one user due to poor design in user on-boarding. I have been on the chat and phone for hours.
The response I get from support is someone will call you back.
Summary for last five days of issues:
1. Reports missing activities. No response to my ticket. Fixed by deleting and recreating spent hours of my time.
2. The user when registering based on INVITATION somehow managed to create a trial database. 1.5 hours to fix the issue. The worst part is that they kept asking the same question over and over again and at the end, we fixed it by deleting his trial account ourselves.
3. Same issue as two not in reports where a salesperson cant work because they don't have access to data. And the person on the phone is telling me everyone left for the weekend so my sales guy will have to wait to begin prospecting.
This is unacceptable for the company that claims to be the "Operating System for Business."
WE PLAN TO SWITCH TO SALESFORCE shortly.
