Zoho seems full of promises but so many flaws. 

This one is very interesting :

Within the Zoho CRM, there is 2 different contact lists. That's great, but the trouble is that they don't match…

One has got 7 contacts and the other has got 200 and that are not even the same contacts…!

I could also show you the difference still in the same CRM, between 2 differents access to the email : one is E-mail in the menu, the other is a paid item called Mail Magnet. It is similar : they do not match !!

Any idea to help ?

I am very lost. I do thing it is either a bug of intallation in the complicated process between the modules of Zoho.
