Thinking about switching our company from Salesforce to Zoho CRM

I am a sales manager and have 7 reps on my teams. We are looking at new CRMs to use and I had a few questions.


1. How can I sync my company gmail account with my Zoho account so I don't have to manually add all my contacts into Zoho?

2. Is it possible for all emails to be automatically logged into the CRM when sending from the gmail app on work iphone and also from mail.google.com?

3. If I am the "super admin" will I be able to monitor the things my employees are doing?
