My company is planning on upgrading to the Professional or Enterprise version of Zoho. We have looked at this one and Salesforce.com. Obviously the price is a factor.
One of the main things I, as manager, want to be able to pull a report on is # of calls / day or per week by rep. I have seen a few discussion threads that have me questioning if ZohoCRM will allow this. Do other users/managers have issues with this type of reporting from ZohoCRM?
Any advice would be greatly appreciative.
