Thinking of upgrading to Professional, but have a question

I am interested in Zoho CRM Professional version.

I want to trigger reminders based on Lead type (as shown in your video).  However I am confused: in Workflow Management (on the plan comparison page) it says 'Time-based Actions' are not included in the Professional plan, but other aspects of Workflow Management are.

I want Zoho to automatically remind me to follow-up with Leads and Contacts, based on Lead Status (or another field). When I follow-up I will change Lead Status and I want Zoho to remind again after the set number of days. 

I would like this for different types of Contacts also:

E.g.
Business refers - 60 days
Previous clients - 90 days

And then when I have followed up, for the day to start counting again.

Is this possible with the Professional version?
