This domain is already associated with account .

I am trying to create a new bussiness email with domain: marlinbooking.net
I cant finish the register due to the message  This domain is already associated with this account "a*****n@m*****".
I dont remember creating this domain in zoho before. I dont know if it was me who created this, but whoever created, I cant redefine my password because the admin account is admin@marlinbooking.net  and i cant access the mail panel.
How do i create a new account with the domain name?
