When I try to add the domain name a client of mine already owns it show this message:

This is referring to a name or a phone number? what means this 79? I'm confused I already spoke to my client and she ensures me that she didn't create an account on Zoho to try to set up an email account for ibrava.es domain. So I'm a little bit lost I don't know how can i solve this.
