Domain: Purelyposh.com

We've tried signing up for Zoho Mail however we always get this error: 

* This domain is already associated with this account "s*****e@p*****"

We've already run through the process of proving ownership of the domain using a CNAME record, yet the error still appears (and has been appearing for about 24 hours). We have no idea what that email address is as the company has only ever had one email address.
