This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho

I tried to register www.tvadoracionrys.com but I wrote a wrong phone number.
Now when i try to register the domain get the message "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho", I tried to login with phone number and password, but I get message Invalid Phone Number (I used that phone number to register other domains).  It might be possible reset all data for start a new registering process ? thanks a lot.
