I'm really tired of the bugs in this version of the software. The Zoho Writer mail merge is virtually unusable; slow, unstable and is incompatible when importing MS Word .docs. Even the MS Office add on does not work correctly: It will throw information from random fields into the wrong place. NOW I CAN'T ACCESS MY DESKTOP OR DOCUMENTS FOLDER WHEN UPLOADING TEMPLATES OR ATTACHMENTS. I get "invalid directory" or "can't access" prompts when trying to upload. This is on multiple computers running Vista or 7 in different locations. Also, no one in my office can use the mail merge function because we run office ten. When will they have a compatible add-in for MS 10, maybe 2020? Also the support people will hang up the phone if you ask them anything difficult.
