I have a number of issues I'm trying to resolve or get information on with Zoho CRM & Calendar. All I see is a bunch of forum posts that have users like myself searching for and asking questions, without results or solutions. However, in almost every post reply by Zoho you seldom see a solution to someones problem, only "this is a very good idea, and we will indeed take this it into consideration in the future", "please email us any suggestions and we will be happy to look at the possibility of implementing in the future". Blah, Blah Blah. It's like the replies are just cut and paste.
This tells me that solutions are NOT being addressed, just pushed off to the side for "further review and possible implementation". Integration between a simple calendar, crm tool & google - should NOT require google apps. I'm willing to bet that if I did use google apps and the zoho plug-ins just as many issues will exist.
