This is an important update for Zoho Cliq desktop app users
The latest release, Cliq desktop app 1.7.0, will not be supported on Windows 8.1 and earlier versions. This is because Windows 8.1 and earlier versions are no longer supported by the framework we use in its latest version.
What does this mean for you if you're using Windows 8.1 or an older version?
You can still use the Cliq desktop app with versions earlier than 1.7.0, but unfortunately, you will not receive any further updates.
We highly recommend that you upgrade your supported operating system to continue using Zoho Cliq with enhanced experience.
How can you solve this?
- Upgrade your Windows OS to a higher version.
- If you do not want to upgrade, you can always use the web version and Cliq mobile app, as they offer almost the same experience.
We understand that upgrading an OS can be a significant decision for some users, but it is necessary to maintain optimal performance, security, and feature usage. We have provided download links for the latest supported version (version 1.6.3) below. To continue using Cliq with an earlier version of Windows, you can download and use this version.
