This mailbox has exceeded its maximum allowed quota.

I got an e-mail saying this:
"
This mailbox has exceeded its maximum allowed quota."
But I've only send a couple of mails today!
Can you please let me know what the
maximum allowed quota are?
- Maximum amount of outgoing e-mails?
- Maximum apount of recipients?
- Maximum amount of MB?
It's a shame that Zoho says it has e-mail services for free, but then you can only send a couple of e-mail per day...
This is not good for businesses.
