This operation is not allowed, as this account is paid in other Zoho Service

I upgraded to the connect enterprise plan. While doing some work on our domains I deleted our primary domain. So readded it noticing errors with the accounts. I deleted all but one and on the last one i get this error.

I have checked and he has been removed from all other services but still can not delete him.
