This service is confusing, i made a second user account wrong? Part question, part suggestion.

Question at the bottom!
-------------------------------
my business partner is technically illiterate.
She needed an email address so I thought I would use this service for any members of my business and myself.
Its a new business so we dont have a domain yet. I am not ready. I just need email for me and her right now.
I created my account with the account info for the busiiness, and I thought I could create up to 5 email addresses within this account.
Apparently this is only if you register a domain? Despite that your able to create a zoho.com email address, it seems that you cant use many services without a domain name registered.

I think this should be explained better. Maybe in FAQ?

As for my question. I created an account for her but did a bone headed move to register her under the domain of my business that I am registered under. but I dont get much choice anyway. They dont let you create a zoho.com email until after you make up some domain name, even if you dont have one for real :/

Yet again, something that needs to be fixed or explained better.

--------------------------------
So she is registered with the same domain name as me. I am told I cant invite her to a group that I created because she was registered to my own business during account creation. I am told to disassociate her from that business in her own account. I do that. The domain is deleted from her account, but when I send an invite to her again, it still says she is associated with that account.

So how do I completely disassociate her from the domain so I can invite her to my group? This at least would tie us together until I get a domain to properly organise things, i think?
By the way, it says her email/IP is already registered. Its true that since i am creating both accounts, the IP is also registered. Does this mean I cant create the account for her and add her to my group this way? :(

I used one of my gmail accounts for my own registration, and my other for hers. Just a note, probably doesnt matter.
