Hello,

I am the Super Administrator of the Zoho Mail organization for carrytrail.com.
The domain has already been verified, but when I try to create the user. I receive the following error:

“This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details.”

Please review and unblock user creation for my account/domain.
