I have created a Zoho account and I am trying to add users but I am getting the below error.

This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details



email is currently hosted in google but I want to migrate it to Zoho.
I tried to remove all MX in domain DNS but I am not able to add a user.
