I have a domain through Zoho and hosting through a different provider. Unfortunately, I'm pretty clueless about configuring email accounts in Zoho.

I can send email from the Cpanel of my hosting account. However, I am not able to recieve mail. 

When I'm in Zoho, I can't really send or recieve any emails, except for the email I have that ends in @zoho.com

I just want to be able to send/recieve mail through zoho while having a backup of everything in my hosting service. I'm fairly certain that i botched up a good amount of this, so any help is much appreciated, I'm new to mail hosting problems :)
