Three smart ways to share your presentation with Zoho Show.
"What is the best way to share a presentation?", a lingering question that is asked after every live session or a meeting. Sharing presentations can be time consuming. It can be done, either by attaching the file to an email or by saving it in a pen drive. But what happens when your file size is large or your team is spread across the globe?
Zoho Show lets you share your presentations both internally and externally without worrying about the file size. You can share your slides as a link and decide the limit of access you want to provide to your audience. Here are the ways to do it.
1. Sharing with individuals.
Email the link of your presentation to your team, colleagues or an individual, across zones and let them view your slides from their browser. Based on the type of access granted, the collaborators can view/edit slides and share their ideas using the chat panel.
2. Sharing with a wider audience.
Share your presentation to any non Zoho account by making it public on the web and sending the link through mail/chat. You can also set a password and privilege rights based on your need.
3. Sharing within your office.
Anyone within your organization having the link, can access your presentation. You can email or share the presentation link in chat and start working together with your team.
Whenever you share a presentation, you can decide the privilege rights for your collaborators. You can also restrict them from editing a particular slide or the whole presentation at any point of time.
Here are a couple of scenarios for you to understand better.
Scenario 1:
If you are working on a presentation and want your team to add few ideas without disturbing what is already created, then lock your slide using the Lock Slide option. This will avoid the collaborators from editing the slide.
Scenario 2:
If you have shared a presentation with your team but you don't want them to edit while you are away, Check-out the presentation, thereby restricting collaborators from editing the slides further. Check-in anytime to work with your team again in future.

Hi Guys- Considering using SMS to get faster responses from customers that we are helping. Have a bunch of questions; 1) Which provider is better ClickaTell or Screen Magic. Screen Magic seems easier to setup, but appears to be 2x as expensive for United States.
