Thunderbird doesn't receive the messages for my zoho adress
Hi,
I've noticed thunderbird doesn't receive the messages for the zoho address I've created. When I try from other adresses, it says the message has been sent but it never appears on the screen. I have tried with pop and imap,changed le ports, nothing works. I don't find the messages on zoho either. Of course the outgoing mail works because it doesn't rely on zoho.
Besides, I have a password for the address I have checked as default address but it regularly says the password is wrong. The logging address also says it has no alias but when I try to fill in the default address, it says it is already registered.
I have already sent numerous professionnal emails with my default address (it seemed to work yesterday) and I cannot get the answers.
I would gladly welcome answers, otherwise I will stop using zoho, time devouring with no result.
