Dear Team,

I am trying to create a Summary report and I want Ticket AGE to be present in drop down.

With this Report i'll be able to create a Component in My Dashboard which will have Ticket Owner Name in X Axis and Ageing in the Y Axis with Count showing in Bars.

Please help.
