Ticket closure notification - all contacts cc'd on email thread
Hello,
If a client sends an email to our service desk and cc's in other people that work at the same company - so that they are in the loop of the service request.
When the we close the ticket, only the ticket owner (person who emailed us - which created the ticket) is notified that the ticket closed.
Is there a way to notify everyone on the email thread that the ticket has been closed?
