Hello,

In the ticket details view, we have down the left-hand column 'modules' for 'Contact info', 'Key Information', 'Ticket Information' and 'Additional Information'. Is it possible to change this view and add another module to display links to other tickets that the same user currently has open?

Some times customers send it multiple e-mails in different tickets so it would be good to easily see if other tickets are also open for the same user.
