Ticket Reference Number or Automatic Linking to the Forum Thread

Zoho Mail Team,

When a message is sent to support@zohomail.com either it does not get replied to or there is no way to followup? Would there be a way to send a Ticket Reference Number or automatically file it as a forum thread on behalf of the sender so that it would be easier to track through the same and achieve a seamless followup.
