Ticket templates are now supported in Zoho Desk Android app
Here is an update to all agents who would like to simplify their tasks by quickly inserting ticket templates while creating a new ticket. This is now supported in latest version of Zoho Desk Android (v2.4.11.1). You can update to the latest version of the Desk app directly from the Playstore or from the link given below:

Agents can now simplify the ticket creation process by adding ticket templates. Templates will pre-fill values when you manually submit a ticket. You can do so by selecting the Create Ticket icon on the Desk mobile app > select the more option (three dots available at the top > Templates > Select the desired template. Please refer to the sample screenshots depicted below for your reference:
In this update, we also have covered couple of other enhancements:
1) Department search - We have implemented department search in navigation drawer when a portal has more than 3 departments.
2) Company name will now be displayed in 'Portal' screen and 'New Ticket Notification' screen instead of Portal name.
