Ticket Timer API Call Error

Ticket Timer API Call Error

Hello, I am working on a custom interface to start and stop the ticket timer.

I keep getting a 301 Moved Permanently error as a response

the API call is to 
`http://desk.zoho.com/api/v1/tickets/${params.id}/timer?action=${params.action}`

can someone let me know what this error is for?
