Tickets - Include ticket requester automatically while hitting reply
Hi all,
Is there a shortcode or function for me to include the person's name automatically while hitting reply?
Like for example Roger sent a ticket in our Zoho Desk, so once I decided to hit reply, it'll include "Hi Roger"
on top/ start of the email.
