Tickets vs resource management

I'm looking for implementing Zoho projects. It's a great tool for managing new projects! But there is one thing I cant figure out..

We are a company which builds software. We have a lot of customers which work with our developed software. Our customers are used to create a ticket when they want a new feauture or the find a bug in the software. I can see that this is also possible in Zoho. But what I can't find is the possibility to add the ticket to a employee his 'planboard'. Is this possible?
