For me, the most important thing to associate emails to is tasks. i.e. I have a task, and completing that task requires sending several emails. That task in turn relates to a contact/account. So I want to be able to go to a task and see the emails I've sent related to it.

Yet Zoho only associates emails to contacts. I know there is a timeline view on the right, but if it's a contact I have lots of emails with, that shows all of them including many not related to the task.

Is there any way to manually associate certain emails I send/receive with tasks, so they would show up as part of the task? Would that be possible/practical as a customization?
