Tie up with IP2Location Please

I came across an excellent service called http://www.ip2location.com which offers two types of service for quick IP Resolution Service and giving more details like organization, ISP etc
(1) Anonymous service restricted by IP limited by twenty queries per day
(2) Account related service limited by two hundred queries per day
Can you tie up with Zoho Mail to provide a quick link from Email Internet Headers so that the X-Originating-IP of the sender can be resolved? If it is a phishing/scam/harassing/threat email in that way the users would be empowered by report to all necessary authorities in just easy clicks.
