Tie workflow to email
I'd like to be able to update a record when I send email from within Zoho. For example, I'd like to set the status of a lead to Contacted automagically after I send the message. Perhaps you could do an Ajax comment on the post-email-submission popup (the one with the "close" button).
It would be doubly cool if you had an email interface so I could all this within my mail client (i.e. "to" and "return-path" are dynamically substituted... But baby steps first. :)
