1. Line Item #1 - Software $100, taxed in two parts (A) 14.5% + (B) 5% = $119.5 (this is default behaviour of ZCRM)

2. Line Item #2 - Hardware $100, taxed in two parts (A) 12.5% = $112.5 + (B) 5% = $118.125 (this is a tiered tax)

The second option is not possible in ZCRM. The only way then becomes to split into two quote, hence two sales orders and two invoices where :

#1 is achieved simply; AND

#2 is achieved by entering tax (A) at line item level and tax (B) after subtotal 

Either way, this is a huge issue in countries with nested taxes of the type described above. Zoho says they can't do anything, wondering if anyone has had any experience solving this.
