Hi there,
I have a workflow setup on Potentials.
It is set to activate on "Create or Edit" with NO Rule Criteria set (meaning I want it to fire on all records created or edited).
There are NO Instant Actions set.
There is ONE Time Based Action set.
Execution Time: 1 day after the Closing Date
Action: Update Fields (1): Field Update: Set Stage "Not in field".
However I just looked and saw that nothing has fired since I set this up. The most recent should have fired on Jan. 18.
Am I required to setup a rule? Or is your system just unreliable? Or am I missing something. I'd rather not waste my time depending on "Automation" if I always have to be double checking it is working as expected.
