time & billing

let's say a contact comes to visit, i will like to start billing from the minute i say hi!, or if he calls me i could also bill him, or if i schedule an appointment and he decides not to show up, charge a fee for time waisted, also if i go to court for him, charge per hour.

no, i am not a lawyer, but some of my clients are, and that will be a nice thing for them to have.
