Using the ServiceDesk Analystics, The formula for Time Elapsed in Hrs is "Time Elapsed"/(1000 * 60*60).

However if the Time Elapsed is 00:00:00, the results is blank, which is not correct as other formulas cant use this information,

Can the formula be coded to avoid this ?
