Time on spreadsheet

I was wondering if there was anything I could do to correct the time on my spreadsheet. I am currently using the formula "=NOW()" to put in the time to my spreadsheet. It looks good on my computer until I upload it, then the time changes to 3 hours behind. I am assuming this is because they are hosted on your servers and pulling the time from there. But is there anything I can do to fix that? Thanks.
