is it possible to get a project's time sheet of previous years ? lets say, year 2013 ?

does the api only able to give logs of the current year ?

It isn't an issue of wrong URL request or parameters, because it's working on all other projects calls, that have timeline intervals around 2014.

For example, this works - 

" https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portal/sinapis/projects/72092000002761009/logs/?authtoken=9c254cf040b9688fcf87c592ec660012&users_list=all&view_type=month&date=09-15-2014&bill_status=All&component_type=task"

but i can't seem to get any project log (of projects from 2013)
