We started using using Zoho People about 6 months ago for our HR needs.  One thing I've noticed is that in configuring the various Leave categories there is no way to connect real time tracking from the allocations.  Many times I learn of an absence after the fact from reviewing time recorded in the system and need to manually submit a leave request for an employee to keep the records up to date.  Is there a way in People to perform a validation and subtract against what an employee has available for leave when entering their time?
