We are a virtual assistance company — clients subscribe (a block of hours/month), and the hours do not rollover. We have mutliple staff logging time for each client (weekly/daily), so we're searching for a way to be notified when the time threshold is nearing.

We're assuming each client would be a project, in this case.

Example: Client A subscribes to 12 hrs/month, multiple staff working on various tasks, all logging time — we'd like to know when the time is within 15 minutes of the 12 hours, so that we do not go over.

Does that make sense? Anyone know if the time tracking has a way to provide this information?
