Time Tracking - Work Items - How to create a Picklist for Work Items ?

Is it possible to standardize the Work-Items in the Time Log instead of filling them in every time. 

It would be great to be able to configure a Picklist for the Work-Items / Task

Also it would be great to choose if the Work Item shall appear in the Invoice / Billing together with the USER
