I'm new to zoho, for now we use Salesforce, but we would like to change.

My biggest problem now is the time-triggered workflow minus 99 days maximum.

In my industrie (mortgage broker) we need to start contacting our client/leads 6 months before the renewal date.

I want the workflow to create a task for my booking team like 5 month before renewal date. 

Have you idéa for a work-around?
