I recently had an online meeting with participants on three different continents. I scheduled the meeting for 6 AM. However 6 AM was 12 noon for most of the participants, but their meeting invites all said 6 AM regardless of their time zone. This caused a lot of confusion.

How do I get the invitations to adjust to each invitees individual time zone?

If I schedule a meeting for 6AM NY time, an attendee in London should get an invite for 12:00, a user in Hong Kong 6PM etc.
