Timeline view longer than 6 months

Hi. I was trying to see the holistic view of an account in the Timeline view. I noticed that only recent activity is show to me which is beneficial but not entirely useful ask we have a very long sales cycle and we need to see the list of activity since the account's inception. Can you extend the Timeline view so its truly a timeline of the account for the entire length of the activity within it?
