We want to get timesheets into our projects using Zoho Projects. Our business has 3 program managers that schedule projects, each manager has a couple dozen projects at any given time and dozens of details tracked (milestones) for each project. Each of these details have their own schedule, and own assigned hours budget (all entered by the PM  at project setup). It would be WAY to cumbersome to have PM's or any other administrative employee enter time tickets for all employees for all hours worked each day (we have 200 hourly employees that turn in time tickets). It seems like the ONLY reasonable way to get these ACTUAL hours into Zoho Projects, is to have the hourly employees fill out timesheets on Zoho Projects INSTEAD of filling out paper sheets like they have done in the past. The issue I am having, is that I would want those hourly employees to ONLY have access to the timesheets log function and NOTHING else. Basically what I envision is the employee goes to a kiosk or an ipad setup in the floor near their workstation, and they login (or its already logged in and they just select their name) and then fill out their timesheet, press enter, and then the screen goes back to a home page. Is there something that exists within Zoho Projects that does this? Am I missing something? Or is there a third party app that will do this?
