Timezone can be a Textblock rather than a Dropdown

In Settings by default you show only one item in the dropdown and a 'Show All' link. If this is the route you can show it as a Textblock and when you click the show all only you can opt for the dropdown.  For one entry dropdown is an exorbitant overkill. Besides the DOM elements are costly than plain vanilla HTML string literal texts.
